Welcome to Sinchi Wayra Lodge. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for bookings and attending in tours with us.
Bookings and Reservations
All bookings and reservations are subject to availability. You can make a reservation through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Ecuador taxes and our tour rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds for booking cancellations will be made as follows:
- 100% refund for cancellations 90 days before the start of the tour
- 50% refund for cancellations 60 days before the start of the tour
- 25% refund for cancellations 30 days before the start of the tour
- 0% refund for cancellations less than 30 days before the start of the tour
The cancellation policy is effective regardless of the reason for cancellation. We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or safety concerns. If a tour is cancelled, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour.
Liability
Sinchi Wayra Lodgeis not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during our tours. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential losses or damages.
Health and Safety
Participants must be in good physical health to participate in our tours. If you have any health concerns, please consult with a doctor before booking a tour. Participants must also follow all safety instructions provided by our guides during the tour.
Code of Conduct
Participants must respect local customs and cultures and behave appropriately during our tours. We reserve the right to remove any participants who engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Sinchi Wayra Lodge and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without our permission.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Ecuadorian laws.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. For pending bookings, the version of the terms and conditions at the booking date remains valid.
